If you are a graduate in **Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration**, or a related field, and are passionate about organization and operational control, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and coordinate appointments for receiving and delivering goods. * Prepare necessary documentation for each appointment. * Physically verify goods and record any incidents. * Provide phone and administrative follow-up until the process is complete. * Generate reports and communicate with the Customer Service Department (SAC) via phone and email. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in a similar position (mandatory). * Completed **Bachelor's degree** (essential requirement). * Proven job stability. * Easy transportation access and **flexible availability**. * Strong communication and organizational skills. **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $19,000 MXN. * **Statutory benefits:** Social Security, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, and vacation pay. * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 hrs, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 hrs. * **Location:** Valle de México No. 15, Col.
