Strong technical problem-solving ability At **Cosmopolitan Group**, a real estate developer, we are looking for a **Systems Manager** to lead the group’s technological strategy and contribute to the innovation and optimization of our processes. **Position Objective:** Manage the group’s technological platform to enhance and innovate processes and services, optimize IT resources, and ensure efficient solutions to the needs of each business unit. **We are looking for someone with:** * Experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Systems Supervisory or Management positions. * Knowledge of the ERP Ekontrol **(Plus)** * Experience in construction or retail companies **(Desirable)** * Leadership and continuous improvement orientation * Strong technical problem-solving ability * Availability to support internal corporate operations and manage the support team **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Manage procurement and quotation of technological equipment (computing, networking, servers, etc.) * Implementation of systems and internal projects that provide automation and process improvement through new technologies. * Control and safeguarding of technological assets (responsibility letters) * Provide 24/7 technical support to group users * Administer servers, networks, and data traffic * Manage accounts and services (Google Workspace and email accounts) * Administration of domains, web hosting, and websites * Support and follow-up on internal service tickets * Access control management (elevators, parking, access cards, biometrics) * User administration (onboarding, offboarding, and role assignments) * Management of system backups and updates * Training and advisory support for internal systems * Planning of inventories and equipment maintenance Apply through this channel!
