* Address and resolve automation issues.
* Analyze and follow up on machinery-related problems.
* Conduct continuous diagnostic evaluations of equipment and perform required repairs under direct supervision.
* Develop preventive maintenance programs for equipment or industrial instruments.
* Prepare requisitions for spare parts and required materials.
* Create and update schematic drawings and diagrams.
* Update maintenance records and/or manuals.
* Verify that equipment and instruments are correctly installed and calibrated.
* Train electromechanical technicians on installation and maintenance techniques.
* Provide support to Maintenance Technician C, if necessary.
Experience and requirements
* Technical education in electromechanics, industrial engineering, or electronics.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
* Advanced knowledge of industrial machinery and instruments.
* Proficiency with hand tools (drill, saw, bench grinder, press, polycarbonate bender, etc.).
* High precision in performing tasks.
* Operation of PLC and CNC equipment.
* Diagnosis and correction of peripheral equipment.
* Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities.
