Job Description and Responsibilities * Optimize production efficiency and cost control. * Drive technology upgrades and project implementation. * Ensure safe production practices. * Proficiency in Chinese is required, including listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing skills for daily communication and basic written correspondence, with fluency in Chinese to perform job duties effectively. * Develop equipment maintenance programs and troubleshoot unexpected breakdowns. * Analyze data to optimize equipment performance and energy consumption. * Oversee compliance with safety standards and budget execution. * Coordinate the implementation of automation projects across departments. Experience and Requirements * Fluent in Chinese. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Bachelor's degree completed. * 3 years of experience in the role. * Strong knowledge of automated production lines, industrial robots, PLCs and industrial control computers, sensors, power tools, pneumatic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, AGVs, and conveyor belts. * Automated equipment operation and maintenance. * PLC and robotics programming. * Production line data acquisition and analysis. * Ability to read electromechanical technical drawings. * Experience with production management system applications (e.g., MES/ERP). * Knowledge of equipment maintenance cost control.
