* Participate in the introduction of new products
* Create customer API Work Instructions
* Procurement and installation of manufacturing tools prior to mass production
* Train production personnel to 100%
* Generate Process Routes in QAD and FTPC
* Participate in departmental improvement projects.
Experience and Requirements
**EDUCATION**
* Final three semesters of undergraduate studies in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field; OR graduation occurred less than one year ago.
* EXPERIENCE Not required
* Development of habits, discipline, and punctuality.
* Skills and competencies in performing learning-based operations.
* Demonstrate positive attitudes such as initiative, decisiveness, order, methodology, dedication, and cooperation.
* Demonstrate performance compliance regarding quantity and quality of work.
* Demonstrate capability and level of responsibility
* Intermediate English
* Basic knowledge of personal protective equipment and safety and hygiene practices.
* Basic knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge).
* Knowledge of electronic measuring instruments.
* Programming skills for application development
