




**Objective:** Responsible for providing high-quality customer service and attention at all times during the customer's purchase, as well as offering product alternatives that may meet their needs, asking whether they found everything they needed, and reporting any issues that may arise—all with the aim of achieving the goals of the Cashier Department. **Responsibilities:** Provide high-quality customer service and attention. Greet customers when they arrive at the checkout counter and ask whether they found everything they needed. Follow the various Manuals and Process Protocols within the Cashier Department. Process cash or credit card payments accurately. Issue the receipt, invoice, or purchase ticket with the customer’s correct information. Use work tools correctly. Report any computer equipment or ERP system issues to your immediate supervisor so they may notify the Systems Department. Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at all times. Report any incidents to your immediate supervisor for prompt and definitive resolution. Accurately enter customer data into the ERP system. Remain vigilant at all times to ensure payments are processed correctly and prevent cash shortages.
