Process Technician

Job Summary: Responsible for designing and executing safe and reliable processes to ensure proper operation performance, guaranteeing production according to customer requirements and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of improvements using Lean Manufacturing. 2. Design and implementation of fixtures in collaboration with suppliers. 3. Time and motion analysis to optimize processes. Job Description and Activity Details Responsible for designing and executing safe and reliable processes that support proper operational performance, enabling production aligned with customer requirements and necessary quality and safety standards. * Design and implementation of improvements using Lean Manufacturing tools to establish safe and reliable processes. * Design and implementation of fixtures, including issuing RFQs to suppliers and collaborating with them to develop fixtures meeting process requirements. * Process documentation to achieve proper process standardization per the Quality Manual, internal procedures, and ISO 9001\. * Time and motion analysis through observation, time measurement, and video recording to determine standard process times, identify bottlenecks, and improve them. * Machine adjustment for equipment setup, such as punch presses, hydraulic presses, and assembly machinery. * Generation of RFQs and purchase requisitions via established documents and systems, communication of requirements to suppliers, and follow-up on purchase orders. Experience and Requirements * Education: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of fixture design and implementation. * Schedule: 6:00 AM \- 4:00 PM * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic AutoCAD, and basic SolidWorks.
