The professional will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and finalizing graphic pieces integrated into the agency’s marketing, advertising, and communication strategies. **Key Functions and Contributions** * **Conceptualization and Design:** Develop **original graphic pieces** from scratch (*key visuals*, advertisements, corporate identity, editorial material, infographics) with a strategic approach. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensure all pieces meet **Excellence** standards in composition, typography, resolution, and compliance with brand identity guidelines. * **Active Collaboration:** Participate in *briefing* meetings and work with **Fraternity** under the guidance of Art Coordination to ensure visual consistency across all deliverables. * Design development with timely delivery according to work schedules. * Well-executed deliveries following brand guidelines for various clients. * Error-free designs meeting origin requirements. * Coordinated work within their own art department. * Coordinated collaboration with other agency departments: audiovisual, digital marketing, and web development. * Job type: Full-time * Work location: On-site employment * Monday to Friday Professional Profile Requirements (What we are looking for) * **Attitude and Commitment.** Demonstrable passion and love for Graphic Design as a discipline.
