Work Flexibility: Onsite Job Description The following is not intended to represent a complete list of job responsibilities, but rather to outline the ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of the position. **Objective:** Operate one or more Sewing Machines according to the Quality Standards and Productivity Levels established by the Company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Based on planning specifications and required materials, operate the Sewing Machine in accordance with Safety, Efficiency, and Quality standards. * Adjust thread tensions on the Sewing Machine according to assigned materials and perform needle changes. * Responsible for keeping their workstation, machine, and tools organized and clean. * Request support from their Supervisor to adjust or address any malfunctions of the sewing machine. * Report any unsafe conditions in their area to their Immediate Supervisor. * Responsible for meeting production and quality standards according to different production processes. * May complete production control reports, scrap reports, quality reports, etc. **Position Specifications:** * Reports to: Line Supervisor * Positions that may report directly: not applicable * Number of direct subordinates: not applicable * Required education: Primary school (desirable) * Required experience: Not necessary * Computer knowledge: not applicable * Language: Spanish 100% Travel Percentage: None
