**Position Summary** -------------------------- We are looking for a committed and results-oriented professional, focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement within manufacturing processes. **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------- * Field of study: Industrial Engineering or related. * English level: 70% Intermediate. * Experience in: + Line balancing. + Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. + Basic knowledge of Six Sigma. + Pareto charts, cause-and-effect diagrams, XR diagrams. + "5 Whys" and "8D" methodologies. + Pokayokes. + TPM, SMED, JIT, PFMEA. + Document control. + Basic project management. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Continuously improve production processes. * Collect and analyze statistical data. * Introduce new products into manufacturing processes. * Prepare customer complaint reports (corporate or direct customer). * Improve process quality. * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Perform CPK analysis and failure diagnostics. * Implement and document process improvements (visual aids, work instructions, procedures). * Validate machinery and equipment. * Follow up on corporate meetings and achieve quarterly established goals. * Create "Bill of Materials" and perform line balancing. * Monitor 5S methodologies. * Reduce SCRAP and optimize process costs.
