





Description and details of activities * Interpret, develop and comply with the company's quality control and assurance standards. * Determine parameters for quality improvement by identifying relevant statistical methods for manufacturing processes. * Establish statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error, and determining confidence levels. * Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data, and formulating recommendations. * Investigate and document all external customer complaints and internally non-conforming products. * Follow the customer complaint process to ensure the customer receives appropriate attention. * Document customer complaints, conduct RCCA meetings with different team members, follow up on corrective actions, credits and replacements. * Assist in controlling all internal hold quantities and non-conformances, and maintain and organize quality documentation. * Initiate and execute projects related to internal holds and non-conformances to improve product and service quality. * Develop and maintain an internal quality assurance system by collecting and retaining all records and reports. * Identify training needs that enhance product quality throughout the company, prepare documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual aids and other training procedures as needed, and ensure company-wide participation. * Conduct internal quality audits, identify deficiencies, and develop systems to improve existing quality processes. * Set up and operate all diagnostic and laboratory equipment necessary to perform job tasks. * Perform inventory transactions in the company's ERP system (SAP) and in production and quality databases. Experience and requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Intermediate written and conversational English. * 2 years of experience in quality control within high-volume manufacturing industry. * Strong analytical and mathematical skills, time management and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English. * Experience in training others or teams. * Experience in extrusion is desirable. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\-2015 quality practices. * Certified Quality Engineer or Auditor. * Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
