Description and details of responsibilities * Lead technology projects from scope definition through implementation and closure. * Conduct business modeling, functional analysis, and process mapping to understand, optimize, and transform operational workflows. * Ensure deep understanding of business needs and challenges to be addressed, with efficient requirements gathering and project planning. * Document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes aligned with strategic objectives. * Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. * Develop and manage work plans, schedules, risks, deliverables, and resources. * Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, key users, technical teams, and the PMO. * Actively participate in software development, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation. * Ensure proper application of agile or hybrid methodologies according to project needs. * Implement continuous improvement practices, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives. * Document functional/technical requirements and validate their fulfillment. * Monitor project progress and prepare executive and technical reports. * Guarantee the quality of the developed product and manage delivery to end users. * Monitor compliance with action plans arising from audits and regulatory assessments. * Supervise product quality and coordinate implementation and delivery. Experience and requirements * 4+ years of verifiable experience in technology project management. * 6+ years of software development experience (backend, frontend, or full-stack). * Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Git, Bitbucket, etc. * Competence in programming languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, C#, Python, Java, or equivalents. * Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams. * Desired experience in manufacturing processes.
