Description
The objective of the Certification Coordinator is to foster a culture of standards awareness, maintain active certifications, monitor and ensure compliance with standard requirements, implement and establish proper document usage through appropriate document control and evidence generation via record control, and coordinate corresponding audit activities. Provide general support within the Quality Assurance, Safety, and Hygiene department.
General Responsibilities
a) Maintain active management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and IATF, in accordance with their respective regulations and standards.
b) Develop and implement a training program to ensure compliance with standards.
c) Maintain, review, and update the Document Control Center (DCC).
d) Plan and coordinate internal and external audit programs.
e) Generate and track corrective and preventive actions.
f) Train and raise awareness regarding systems to ensure compliance with standards.
g) Conduct the annual management review of systems for compliance with standards.
h) Support activities related to safety and hygiene.
i) Monthly Cost of Quality (COQ)
Knowledge Requirements:
Technical document management

Minimum one year of prior experience in a similar position

Salary: $33,000.00 - $35,400.00 per month
