Personnel management and document control Position: **Maintenance Crew Supervisor** **Experience:** * Electricity: 110VAC/220VAC single-phase/three-phase, 2-, 3-, and 4-wire systems * Drywall finishing * Application of various types of paints, epoxies, and waterproofing materials * Roof waterproofing for metal, concrete, wood, etc. * Work at heights * Plumbing: PVC, ABS, copper, etc. * Installation and replacement of various tile and porcelain products, etc. * General remodeling * Electric arc welding, MIG, etc. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in construction, electromechanics, electrical engineering, or related field * Experience in document control * Experience in personnel management * Minimum 5 years in a similar position * **Class C driver's license** * Flexible schedule availability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $4,500.00 per week Benefits: * Company vehicle * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program Relocation/Moving Capability: * 22015, Revolución, B.C.: Able to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) License/Certification: * State-issued driver's license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
