Job Summary: Supports Technician A in installations, preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, compressed air systems, cranes, and buildings, ensuring their proper operation. Key Highlights: 1. Support for preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment 2. Performs electrical installations and piping for gases/compressed air 3. Ensures proper operation of mechanical equipment and systems Description and details of responsibilities: * Prepare reports of performed activities and complete forms provided by supervision for machinery and equipment records and histories. * Assist Level A Technician in the following activities under direct supervision: * Perform electrical installations and/or piping for gases or compressed air for machinery and equipment. * Repair electrical installations and gas piping to ensure proper functionality and compliance with installation standards. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors and dryers in the plant's compressed air system. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production overhead cranes, adhering to safety standards and work-at-height permits. * Ensure proper operation of equipment, buildings, machines, and other mechanical systems. * Install, repair, inspect, and maintain machines, buildings, electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as execute scheduled preventive maintenance work orders and perform corrective maintenance arising from daily operations. * Maintain walls, floors, and ceilings in good condition by performing necessary repairs or painting, including floor markings. * Use specialized tools and equipment to carry out maintenance and repair tasks. * Conduct inspection and maintenance activities for office air conditioning units. * Perform preventive maintenance on water supply and drainage systems, as well as water pumps. Experience and Requirements: * Technical education (Mechanical, Electromechanical, and/or Electrical) * Minimum 6 months of prior experience * Problem-solving skills * Communication skills * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Adaptability * Strong sense of responsibility * Results-oriented work under direct supervision.
