**Project Engineer**
**Position Objective**
Lead and manage projects established by the organization to ensure their proper implementation, in accordance with corporate guidelines and specific client requirements.
**Responsibilities**
* Plan projects and resources under your responsibility.
* Manage physical, technological, human, and financial resources belonging to the project.
* Act as a mentor to train, supervise, motivate, and correct project team members.
* Define SMART objectives for each project, taking into account the organization's capabilities.
* Manage deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
* Guide and delegate tasks to your team, exercising necessary supervision.
* Implement time management tools, such as Gantt charts, activity matrices, metrics, schedules, etc.
* Participate in project definition and presentation of project phases, acting as an intermediary between management and task owners.
* Serve as the project’s direct representative to external stakeholders or corporate entities.
* Manage resources for coordinating and analyzing prototype deliveries, test runs, and production launches.
**Profile**
* Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
* 5\+ years of experience developing and implementing corporate-level projects.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Experience in implementing and managing NPI/NPD projects.
* Knowledge of Lean methodology tools.
