Responsibilities: * Monitoring department metrics. * Coordination with NAPS legal department for managing labor issues, agreements, lawsuits, etc. * Drafting, updating, and aligning HR policies and procedures for application in other areas. * Monitoring the training of new department staff. * Responsibility for indirect personnel hiring follow\-ups (requisitions, proposals, offers, DC3, and system enrollment). * Responsible for updating job descriptions. * Contract terminations due to RIT violations or end of term periods. * Monitoring leaders and supervisors for proper RIT application and complaints system usage. * Coordinating the annual motivational events program activities. * Execution and follow\-up of the annual training, instruction, and productivity plan. * Participation and preparation for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others. * Ensuring services for employees, such as transportation and cafeteria. * Liaison and follow\-up with the company union. * Monitoring and reviewing service contracts with various department providers. * Participation and follow\-up on projects, career plans, social forecasting, and continuous HR improvement. Essential requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Fluency in English for conversations with colleagues. * Experience using TRESS system. * A degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field. * Intermediate Excel skills.
