Support employee events as required—for example: Mother’s Day, Christmas parties, summer outings, etc. Recruit direct staff when needed, as well as deliver onboarding training for new hires when necessary. Record/close vacation requests in the TRESS system. Support various safety and hygiene brigades. Responsible for the monthly calculation and TRESS system update of Fonacot loans. Provide support, as required, for other HR department activities. Assist employees with employment letters, daycare documentation, verification letters, etc. Record Infonavit loans in the TRESS system.
