WAREHOUSE LOAD ASSISTANT

MAIN ACTIVITY: PRODUCT PICKING AND SHIPPING. ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES: * Distribute daily workload * Operate forklifts, maneuver, and place goods in designated locations * Verify and report incidents occurring in the area to the team * Monitor and assist team members with questions or clarifications regarding orders * Maintain forklift logbook and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance * Coordinate transportation access to the plant according to loading sequence * Prepare and deliver wholesale, self-service, and plaza orders to warehouse staff for picking * Rotate products by date for FIFO tracking * Participate in month-end closing inventory * Verify receipt of finished products entering the warehouse * Maintain forklift logbook and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness * Receive and control customer return goods from external customers * Handle and pick material releases required by packaging for transformation * Document seller’s loading * Follow standard operating procedures for the finished goods warehouse area * Grant exit clearance to transporters and retail sales representatives * Coordinate movement of finished goods pallets from Pagasa Plant to CEDIS as needed to complete orders * Generate wholesale and self-service order deliveries when required.
