We seek candidates with experience in personnel supervision, operational monitoring, and issue resolution, focused on maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the proper execution of operational and quality processes. * Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards. * Monitor operational staff activities and performance tracking. * Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement. * Prepare operational, metric, and KPI tracking reports. * Implement corrective and preventive actions for operational incidents. * Train and follow up with staff on operational and quality topics. * Maintain updated documentation and records for the department. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations. * Ensure service delivery and customer support compliance. Requirements * Experience in supervising operations, production, or quality. * Personnel management experience in operational roles. * Knowledge of audits, process monitoring, and continuous improvement. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Immediate availability and operational commitment.
