Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise food product repackaging processes, ensuring food safety, quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction while optimizing costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and supervise repackaging operations for food products. 2. Design, select, and quote packaging materials. 3. Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP). **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise repackaging processes for food products such as potatoes, cheeses, pork legs, and others, ensuring food safety, quality, appropriate presentation, and customer satisfaction, while optimizing costs to avoid increasing the per-kilogram processing price. **3\. Functions and Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise repackaging operations for food products.** * Ensure proper product handling to prevent contamination, damage, or loss. * **Design, select, and quote packaging materials.** * Manage suppliers of packaging materials. * **Manage hiring and supervision of temporary labor.** * Train staff on processes, food safety, and good practices. * **Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP).** * Control operational costs and cost per kilogram processed. * **Implement continuous process and time improvements.** * Ensure customer satisfaction regarding product presentation and quality. **Experience:** **Minimum 3 years in product processing, goods handling at PVI, or experience managing operational personnel.** Experience in cost control and process improvement. **6\. Technical Knowledge** * Food repackaging processes. * Food safety standards and GMP. * Process and material costing. * Operational performance indicator management. **7\.
