Knowledge of electrical topics for troubleshooting. **Job Description** We are seeking a maintenance assistant \- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and seeking stability. \- Knowledge of electrical topics A C T I V I T I E S : \- Cleaning \- Maintaining order and cleanliness (5S) \- Assisting with fence painting and/or safety line marking \- Performing minor repairs, such as fixing broken locks. \- Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues \- Performing garden or pathway maintenance tasks: mowing lawns, collecting trash, etc. \- Repairing outlets, etc.—all building maintenance-related tasks. \+ Working hours: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $4,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
