Job Summary: Operates and supervises machinery to ensure correct production according to specifications, guaranteeing process quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork with minimal supervision Description and details of responsibilities Under moderate supervision, operates machinery. Monitors machine performance to ensure all processes function correctly and the product is manufactured according to specifications. Responsible for proper plant equipment operation, finished product quality testing assurance, production and quality data recording, cleaning, and safety. * The machine operator must possess detailed knowledge of the equipment operated. * Capable of performing all permitted adjustments specified in the parameter sheet for different production models. * Monitors and records production data to ensure manufacturing process safety, quality, and productivity. * Reports any issues to Class V operators and production leaders if necessary. * Capable of performing autonomous maintenance if defined by the work instruction. * Supervises machine performance to ensure all processes operate correctly and the product is manufactured to specifications.
