Description and details of responsibilities
* Manage and supervise all import/export processes, ensuring the company's compliance with customs and tax regulations (IMMEX)
* Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities to optimize processes, manage inventories and documentation, and lead the team to ensure correct payment of taxes and duties.
* Logistics coordination.
* Ensure all operations comply with customs laws, tax laws, and company policies.
* Prepare, review, and control all required documentation.
* Reconcile physical inventories with systems and generate reports.
* Identify improvement opportunities and develop projects to optimize processes and reduce costs.
* Train, evaluate, and supervise customs personnel to ensure proper task execution.
* Administration of the Anexo 24 System
Experience and requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Law, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions; expert in handling the Anexo 24 system.
* Knowledge: USMCA (T-MEC), Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE), CTPAT/OEA.
* Skills: Analytical ability, teamwork, and attention to authority audits.
* Advanced English language proficiency (mandatory).
