Implement energy-saving strategies and resource optimization Job Description and Detailed Activities **Position Objective** Manage and optimize the plant's infrastructure, services, and systems, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient facility operations, as well as compliance with applicable regulations. **Job Description and Main Responsibilities** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Supervise critical systems: electricity, HVAC, compressed air, water, emergency power plant, etc. * Manage service providers (maintenance, security, cleaning, contractors). * Lead infrastructure improvement, expansion, or adaptation projects. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations (STPS, NOMs, ISO). * Implement energy-saving strategies and resource optimization. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to facilities. * Monitor departmental KPIs (energy consumption, maintenance, costs, failures). Experience and Requirements **Required Experience** * 3 to 5 years in a similar role (Facilities / Maintenance). * Experience in the maquiladora industry. * Experience in project and infrastructure management. **Requirements** * Engineering degree: Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field. **Knowledge in:** * Industrial electrical systems * HVAC * Compressed air and utilities * Industrial maintenance * Knowledge of STPS, NOMs, and ISO regulations. * Management of service providers and contractors. * **Intermediate English (preferred).** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
