You will be the driving force behind ensuring the consistent delivery of high\-quality products and services, guiding the quality engineering team to excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will report directly to our Plant Director and matrix reporting to regional quality leader. You will work out of our Tijuana, Mexico location on a permanent basis. In this role, your leadership will be the cornerstone of our unwavering commitment to excellence. You will empower the quality engineering team, resulting in the consistent delivery of impeccable products and services. By developing and implementing advanced quality control processes, you will elevate our quality standards to new heights, setting industry benchmarks.
