This role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers across borders.** **The ideal candidate has solid experience in raw material purchasing, vendor development, supply chain coordination, and must be proficient in English. A valid U.S. crossing visa is required to support supplier visits, logistics activities, and cross\-border operations.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Manage the procurement of raw materials to ensure quality, availability, and cost efficiency.** * **Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers locally and internationally.** * **Conduct market research to analyze material trends, pricing, and supplier performance.** * **Negotiate contracts, purchase terms, costs, and delivery schedules with suppliers.** * **Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance metrics.** * **Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to ensure alignment with material specifications and requirements.** * **Support inventory planning and forecasting by maintaining accurate material data.** * **Resolve supply issues, delivery delays, or quality discrepancies in a proactive manner.** * **Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, documentation standards, and internal controls.** * **Participate in cross\-border supplier visits, audits, and operational meetings when required.** **Requirements** * **Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.** * **2–4 years of experience in purchasing, specifically in raw materials procurement.** * **Proven experience in supplier development and contract negotiation.** * **Proficient English (spoken and written).** * **Valid U.S. crossing visa (required).** * **Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.** * **Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.** * **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.** * **Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.** **What We Offer** * **Competitive compensation and benefits package.** * **Growth opportunities within an expanding international organization.** * **Cross\-border business experience with U.S.\-based suppliers and operations.** * **Dynamic, collaborative, and innovation\-driven work environment.**
