Your responsibilities will include: Customer service at various locations throughout the city or on-site, field work. Preventive and corrective maintenance of multifunctional devices and their network connectivity. Management and control of documentation: report forms and equipment assignment. Filling out and closing tickets via mobile application. Installation and configuration of equipment Requesting spare parts and supplies through mobile application Remote reporting to supervisor regarding ticket closure or any issues arising. We offer: Integrated salary: $15,600 Monthly Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, but schedule changes may occasionally occur due to client office hours, when necessary, willingness to travel to another state for maintenance services, travel expenses paid.
