Position Objective Provide specialized technical support and promote industrial technology solutions aligned with customer needs and the company's product portfolio. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, build technical trust, and ensure correct field implementation of solutions. Main Responsibilities Design and implement technical solutions that optimize processes and generate economic impact for customers. Identify opportunities and develop success stories using innovative solutions. Accompany the sales team on technical visits and field assessments. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals. Conduct equipment and solution demonstrations. Train customers and internal staff on technology usage. Provide field technical support and project implementation. Perform post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, engineering, marketing, logistics). Participate in technical promotion events, exhibitions, and activities. Required Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or related field. Age: 26 years or older. Willingness to travel. Experience in automation, control, maintenance, or continuous improvement.
