Job Summary: Technician A for Electronic Security Systems responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of security systems in industrial and corporate projects. Diagnosis and resolution of electronic and network failures. The Technician A for Electronic Security Systems is responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems in industrial and corporate projects. Their primary function is to ensure correct on-site execution, complying with technical standards, delivery timelines, and installation quality, as well as diagnosing and resolving failures in electronic and network systems. What will you do? We are seeking a technician with solid field experience to: * Install and configure IP CCTV systems, access control systems, and fire detection systems * Diagnose and resolve electronic and network failures * Implement structured cabling per industry standards (TIA/EIA) * Configure network devices (IP, VLAN, connectivity) * Interpret blueprints and execute projects on-site Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in electronic security systems * Direct hands-on experience in: * IP CCTV (configuration and commissioning) * Access control (readers, panels, locks) * Fire alarm systems * Electronics knowledge (field diagnostics) * Networking skills (TCP/IP, IP addressing, basic VLAN) * Field experience (actual installation work, not just support or monitoring) * Experience with platforms such as: * Lenel OnGuard * Milestone XProtect * Avigilon * Axis * Use of certification equipment (Fluke, Lantek, OTDR) * Experience in industrial projects Candidate Profile We Seek: * Solution-oriented technician (independent) * Accustomed to fieldwork and working under pressure * Quality-focused (zero rework) * Responsible, punctual, and urgency-aware Important Notice: This position is 100% field-based and requires availability to: * Work weekends or extended hours as required by projects Application: If you meet the experience requirements, apply through this channel or send your updated CV to the following email: rh@innovative\-net.mx Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have installing CCTV systems in the field? * Have you worked with access control systems?
