Schedule: MORNING SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: \- Bakery experience (minimum 1 year) \- Knowledge of NOM 251 (Hygienic Handling of Food) \- Minimum education level: completed or ongoing gastronomy degree / gastronomy technician \- Knowledge of Sourdough Starter (desirable) Responsibilities: \- Preparation of various bakery items \- Production and supervision of doughs \- Fermentation of doughs \- Operation of convection oven and deck oven \- Baking and decorating of final products \- Control of baking temperatures and times \- Shaping of products \- Inventory management of assigned area \- Cleaning of work area, machinery, and utensils \- Serving products while maintaining quality and food safety standards Position Type: Full-time Salary: $3,086.00 per week Benefits: * Free beverages * Employee discount * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
