Job Description and Responsibilities * Verify and control customs documentation against physical assets at the plant. Direct impact on compliance (customs and foreign trade). * Review the database and enter bill-of-materials information into the system. * Customs and foreign trade compliance: review and validate fields in origin certifications and material origin declarations to secure tariff benefits. * Monitor the entire export process, among other duties. * Request and coordinate transportation according to the shipping schedule. * Email the invoice to the U.S. customs broker requesting shipper information.
