We are looking for:** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** · Coordinate the proper execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and deadlines. · Ensure compliance with internal policies by both internal staff and contractors. · Request materials according to prior planning to achieve objectives across various projects. · Verify that all required elements are in place to comply with on-site safety standards. · Communicate with the office to generate estimates, billing, payroll for on-site personnel, and any other activities inherent to the project. Timely follow-up on client requirements and accurate site surveys for budgeting. Assignment of work teams to ongoing projects. **Required Skills and Competencies** * Required degree (or related fields): Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture * Experience: 3 \- 4 years as Site Supervisor * Technical knowledge in Industrial Roofing * Knowledge and tools: Office suite, AutoCAD · Knowledge of applicable STPS regulations for the construction industry \*Occupational Safety and Health". * Stress tolerance, leadership, and team management skills * Availability to coordinate operations in the Bajío region * Valid driver's license MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 08:30 TO 17:30 AND SATURDAYS FROM 08:30 TO 13:30 Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
