Valid Class C driver's license and ability to drive a standard automobile. (Mandatory) **Work Experience:** Knowledge of fiber optics. **Skills and Competencies:** Proficiency in Excel; service-oriented attitude. **Responsibilities:** Maintain crew productivity, foster a healthy work environment, ensure services are delivered in accordance with company standards and guidelines, supervise the quality of crew work, resolve issues beyond the crew's scope of authority, provide appropriate and timely operational monitoring and support to team members, conduct field visits, verify that crews arrive at job sites at the scheduled time. **We Offer:** Gross monthly base salary of $20,000 \+ productivity bonus of up to $20,000\.
