Description and details of activities
Support various HR training and development activities, such as filing, data entry, employee onboarding, offboarding, general follow-up, orientation assistance, and inventory control of supplies
* Support in recording and tracking training sessions
* Review and filing of personnel files
* Support in bank reconciliations and payment to service providers
* Preparation of reports
Experience and requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in economics, administration, psychology, or related fields; English proficiency: 50%
Note: This position is exclusively for academic hour release or student projects; therefore, candidates must be currently enrolled students with active facultative insurance without exception, and must reside near the Pacifico area, as only academic hours are released
