A leading fruit and vegetable distributor is looking for your talent as a Trainer. **Profile:** Gender: Unspecified. \- Education: Completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree. \- Committed to continuous improvement and well-organized. \- Strong communication and leadership skills. **Main Responsibilities** Analyze training needs. Deliver training: Conduct onboarding training for new hires and workshops on soft and technical skills. Guide and support employees to develop their skills and reach their full potential. Evaluation and follow-up: Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback. Adjust training programs as needed to enhance effectiveness. Monitor employee performance to ensure application of learned skills and deliver follow-up or refresher training. Administer and coordinate training activities across both companies.
