We cordially invite you to join our great team as: **Program Administrator for Tijuana** **Objective:** To manage and supervise the program’s administrative and financial tasks in accordance with accounting standards, organizational policies, and manuals, ensuring smooth operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and maintain the bank ledger to ensure sound management of allocated resources with clarity and transparency, ultimately benefiting children, adolescents, and youth. * Issue checks and generate sufficient supporting documentation for vendor payments, and code expenses for timely and accurate submission to the national office. * Ensure appropriate handling of material and financial resources assigned to the program per established procedures and controls, meeting the care needs of program participants. **Requirements:** * **University degree:** Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related academic disciplines. * **Experience:** Over 3 years in financial consolidation. **Location:** Tijuana Program **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the organization under a nominal employment scheme * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Career growth and development opportunities * 15 days of annual leave * Competitive salary **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
