




Job Summary: Manages and controls the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory, proper product rotation, and timely delivery to guarantee a high level of service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff coordination and customer service JOB OBJECTIVE: To manage and control the inbound and outbound flow of goods in the branch warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records, appropriate product rotation, and timely delivery to internal and external customers—thereby guaranteeing a high level of service and zero inventory discrepancies. · PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and supervise inbound and outbound product movement in the warehouse. Receive, organize, and safeguard goods, ensuring proper custody. Verify quantities, item codes, and product conditions; report discrepancies, damages, or shortages. Coordinate order picking for external routes, express service, sales representatives, and delivery personnel. Organize and verify shipments to customers. Conduct cyclic, weekly, and monthly inventories; perform physical inventory counts. Ensure zero inventory discrepancies. Prepare and maintain documentation: credit notes, returns, cancellations, daily invoicing, logs, and checklists. Plan and coordinate delivery routes when required. Maintain the warehouse orderly, clean, and fully functional. Supervise and coordinate staff under direct supervision. Meet departmental performance indicators and comply with Quality Management System guidelines. Provide prompt and effective service, focused on customer satisfaction. · REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma, Technical Bachelor’s degree, or University degree. Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations and personnel management. Knowledge: Inventory control, logistics, distribution, and warehouse administration.
