




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety in the daily operations of GRUPO IPS. Key Highlights: 1. Team development and customer orientation We are looking for an Operational Supervisor to join our team at GRUPO IPS. Responsibilities and Duties Plan and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure achievement of production/service targets. Supervise operational staff (shifts, task assignments, performance, development, and discipline). Ensure product/service quality through implementation and monitoring of processes, procedures, and standards. Manage inventory, materials, and supplies required for operations (uniforms). Coordinate with other departments to expedite procedures and processes. Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes of incidents, and propose improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; promote a safety culture. Prepare and analyze supervision reports and apply checklists, APTs, and R.I. minutes with clients. Train and support new hires and provide work tools. Attend to clients, conduct meetings, and prepare minutes with clients to identify service requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations. Requirements and Profile Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree. Experience: 25 years in operational or supervisory roles in similar environments. Demonstrable experience in team leadership and process improvement. Knowledge: Operational management methods and tools (planning, incident control, and payroll knowledge preferred). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement methodologies. Relevant safety standards and quality procedures for the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools, as required by the sector. Skills: Leadership and team management. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Clear and effective communication. Organization and time management. Results orientation and proactivity. Decision-making under pressure.
