Coordinate and track preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple branches. Manage external suppliers and contractors. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents reported by store managers. Ensure facilities comply with brand image and operational standards. Monitor budgets and optimize maintenance costs. Manage inventory of spare parts and materials. Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. · Requirements: Engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). Minimum 23 years of experience in maintenance within retail, commercial chains, or multi-site operations. Experience coordinating multiple locations. Willingness to travel between branches. Knowledge of industrial maintenance standards and protocols. Ability to manage and coordinate work teams. Analytical skills to evaluate reports and processes.
