Job Summary: As an Assistant Maintenance Technician, you will manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, perform repairs, and coordinate with different areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform repairs on facilities and equipment. Coordinate with different areas to manage maintenance activities. Work at heights under supervision. Conduct daily inspections in mechanical rooms and record daily readings; report any anomalies detected and maintain the equipment logbook. Participate in plaza decoration and setup for MKT events. Submit activity reports and report to the Maintenance Supervisor. Wear required uniform and safety equipment for job performance. Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; fixed Saturday off (2-hour lunch break). Location: Landmark: Macroplaza Insurgentes Requirements Prior experience in maintenance for condominiums and infrastructure. Knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques. Knowledge of electricity, drywall, painting, plastering, plumbing, and welding. Logbook management skills. Prior knowledge of emergency power plants. Air conditioning maintenance.
