Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes. Coordinate onboarding of new employees. Submit IMSS enrollment and termination incidents. Prepare and submit reports related to the HR department. Coordinate the team under your supervision to ensure completion of all departmental activities. Employee terminations. Employee support. Requirements: Prior experience in human resources management. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Strong verbal communication skills.
