Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electromechanical installations in airport infrastructure, ensuring compliance and operational continuity. At Pacific Airport Infrastructure Services, we seek a responsible professional to lead the Infrastructure Development area for TIJ, MXL, and HMO as the Electromechanical Construction Manager. The role aims to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electromechanical installations comprising the group's airport infrastructure — both in buildings and airfield areas — ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of investment plans. Additionally, the role closely collaborates with project leaders, providing technical judgment and participating in decision-making to ensure proper execution of works, adherence to applicable regulations, and continuity of airport operations. · Work Location: Tijuana, B.C. · Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics. 5 years of experience in electromechanical and HVAC systems and installations within infrastructure projects; airport experience is desirable. Construction site supervision. Construction administration and project management methodologies (Lean, PMI). · Knowledge: Proficiency in calculation, design, and execution of general electromechanical installations; specialized knowledge of HVAC systems (mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, chilled water, and heating). Knowledge of electrical installations in airfields (visual aids). Familiarity with equipment and materials; ability to read and execute drawings in AutoCAD, BIM, REVIT; proficiency in Office suite, MS Project; knowledge of cost estimates and construction logs. Current regulations, including aviation-specific and Mexican standards. Intermediate English. · Skills: Operational excellence. Innovation. Service orientation. · Job Responsibilities: Review of engineering designs for electromechanical construction execution (engineering calculations, drawings, scope definition). Coordination among involved parties to implement the project scope (suppliers, airport authority, external supervisors, etc.). Administrative documentation management for the project (kick-off minutes, agreements, cost estimates, reports, handover minutes, etc.). Construction site supervision. Personnel management (site supervisors, PMO, STE). Budgetary management for project development. Commissioning and handover of assets and facilities to maintenance teams and the airport. Preparation and review of weekly progress reports (OPR) and reporting to management.
