Results-oriented approach and customer satisfaction A Leading National Logistics Solutions Company invites you to join its team as: 3PL Operations Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the logistics, distribution, or retail sector. Experience in 3PL operations (multi-client account management). Experience in personnel management and leadership of operational teams. Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP systems. Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory control processes. Familiarity with industrial safety and risk management. Leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Supervise product inbound and outbound activities at the Distribution Center (CEDIS). Ensure proper inventory control through management systems. Coordinate dispatch and delivery scheduling to retail points or customers. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes to optimize time and resources. Supervise compliance with quality standards for product receiving, storage, and distribution. Maintain smooth communication with logistics service providers, carriers, and other key stakeholders. Resolve any incidents or complaints related to distribution operations, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to Management. Experience in client prospecting and/or service sales.
