




Academic Programs Coordinator | UNID Tijuana Position Objective Ensure the operation of academic programs through student guidance and follow-up to guarantee their retention by delivering high-quality academic services. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Education (degree certificate/license required); a master’s degree is desirable. Familiarity with Banner, Moodle, NEO, CRM, Office, and Scolaris platforms. Full-time availability (Monday through Saturday). Competencies o Effective communication o Teamwork o Customer orientation o Planning o Monitoring and follow-up Experience Minimum of 2 years in similar positions and teaching roles (verifiable via letters of recommendation). Follow-up on overdue accounts receivable. Student retention strategies. Interpretation of KPIs. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized support to students and their families throughout their academic journey. Advise students regarding available academic programs. Design and implement the orientation course; schedule placement exams and preparatory courses. Administer learning and service evaluation instruments. Maintain an up-to-date database of active students.
