




Job Summary: Coordinate and oversee quality activities, investigate defects and nonconformities, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects or Cross-Functional Teams. **Position** **Sector / Department** Quality Assurance Engineer Quality **Job Expectations / Responsibilities** * Develop procedures and validate inspection and test methods for inspecting components and/or assembled materials. * Coordinate activities and/or train inspectors on new or modified inspection procedures. * Conduct audits of suppliers and/or production processes to verify compliance with established requirements and alignment with good manufacturing practices. * Support execution of validations for new components or suppliers and/or processes, including coordination of dimensional studies and first-article inspections for new or modified components. * Analyze in-process defect trends and component issues to identify trends and recommend corrective actions and/or changes to inspection criteria. * Supervise and/or coordinate inspection resources (Inspectors and Quality Leaders) as required. * Conduct investigations for customer complaints as required. * Conduct investigations for nonconforming product events, whether at the component level, assembled components level, or due to failure to meet a requirement of the quality or regulatory system. * Maintain records of performance indicators for their area. * Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects or Cross-Functional Teams. **Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skills Required** **Required Qualifications:** Completed degree. Intermediate English. **Desired Qualifications:** 1 year of experience. QSR, ISO 13485\.
