Focus on compliance with quality standards and risk mitigation **NAPS Mexico is seeking a Project Coordinator in Tijuana, Baja California** --------------------------------------------------------------------- **Project Coordinator** ***Position Objective*** ### **Plan, coordinate, and supervise the end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and company-established quality standards, while guaranteeing effective communication among involved departments and internal or external clients.** ***Main and Administrative Responsibilities*** * Develop the project master plan (scope, schedule, resources, and budget). * Coordinate involved departments (production, engineering, procurement, quality, maintenance, etc.). * Monitor adherence to scheduled activities and committed deadlines. * Identify risks and establish mitigation plans. * Maintain ongoing communication with internal or external clients. * Lead progress review meetings and issue executive status reports. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Formally close projects and document lessons learned. * Procure project-related materials through procurement. * Prepare and track purchase orders related to the project. * Manage project documentation. * Monitor suppliers and contractors. * Validate technical deliverables. * Report KPIs to management. ***Requirements*** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or Industrial Design. * Experience: 3–5 years in project management or operational area coordination. * Language: Intermediate/advanced English (as required). * Desired certifications: PMP or project management courses. **Prior experience in sign and display manufacturing, retail fixtures and furniture, as well as printing and signage is desirable.** **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Art / Design / Creative **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69f129753700003000ce92bd\&source\=indeed*
