Job Summary: Supervise aluminum structure production, coordinating the workflow from cutting through final assembly and leading the team to ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements in production. 2. Plan and control daily and weekly production while leading the team. 3. Optimize performance and control material waste during cutting. **Third Shift Production Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in a similar position. * Experience operating metal cutting machines, lathes, and aluminum and steel extrusions. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements for the aluminum structure production area, coordinating end\-to\-end workflow from cutting and bending through final assembly. * Plan and control daily and weekly production, and lead the production team. * Material cutting and preparation: validate cutting lists, optimize yield, and control waste. * Tube bending, deburring, and chamfering/beveling. **Benefits**: Weekly salary, benefits exceeding statutory requirements, savings fund, SGMM, life insurance, grocery vouchers, and additional benefits. **Schedule**: Sunday through Friday, 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM. **Location**: Parque Industrial Pacífico (Barcelona Residencial).
