The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge in **mechanics, electricity, electronics, and industrial automation**, oriented toward maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of machinery. **Key Responsibilities:** · Diagnosis, preventive, and corrective maintenance of: o **Roland 700 printing machines** o **Automatic die-cutting machines** o **Sheet feeders** o **Box gluing and folding machines** o Auxiliary equipment (air compressors, vacuum systems, motors, electrical panels, etc.). · Calibration, alignment, and adjustment of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components. · Detection and resolution of faults in PLC systems, variable-frequency drives, and sensors. · Execution of maintenance plans and preparation of technical reports. · Coordination with the production department to ensure operational efficiency. **Requirements:** · **Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years** in maintaining **Roland 700 machines** and equipment for **folding carton manufacturing**. · Solid knowledge of **industrial electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics**. · Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals. · Familiarity with **Siemens PLCs or similar systems** is desirable. · **Willingness to reside in Tijuana, B.C.** · Responsibility, initiative, and teamwork skills.
