





Job Description and Responsibilities **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Minimize downtime caused by test equipment. 2. Improve equipment capacity per hour (UPH). 3. Minimize work-in-progress (WIP) at the repair center. 4. Support defect analysis and repair of televisions on the production line. 5. Enhance test/inspection stations. Monitor defects in the SFIS system, analyze root causes, and improve defect rates. 6. Perform root cause analysis of issues and implement corrective actions. 7. Adhere to energy-saving, recycling, conservation, and waste prevention programs. 8. Prevent overtime and plan work accordingly. 9. Ensure employee safety and comply with established procedures. Protect the environment and follow programs aimed at reducing or eliminating pollution. Experience and Requirements * Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience supporting production lines and equipment testing, preferably for televisions. * Proficiency in electronic circuit design and analysis, including analog and digital circuits. * Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) design and layout. * Knowledge of automation systems and control technologies used in manufacturing. * Experience in programming and maintenance of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). * Skills in testing and troubleshooting electronic components and systems. * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
